Bought Idiot cluster and housing from him

Housing arrived at my house in 6 broken pieces

Contacted him about a partial refund

He said no, and said its isn't his fault that it broke

He used little newspaper to package the item

Not surprised that it broke

 

Now given that it wasnt broken when I sold it I dont feel responsible,but if you truly feel like you need a refund we can work something out.

 

Even though it wasn't broken when you shipped it, the OP stated that it was poorly packaged in which is clearly your fault. I don't see how the buyer should not be entitled to his FULL refund.

 

I didnt even ask for a full refund, i only asked for a partial, like i paid $60 for idiot clock and housing, and only asking for $15 back

and just for the record, the clock portion on the idiot cluster doesnt even work but i didnt even mention it to bother him about it
