Okay so here's the deal...
Months ago my friend Kevin started looking for a side case for his '85 Honda ATC-250R. Our friend Sam (mrduece88 on this forum) had been chatting up with the people in BAW, and DriftMunkey said he had a side case that would work for Kevin's bike. He wanted $80 for it, so Kevin gave Sam the cash, and Sam paid DriftMunkey via PayPal. This was at the end of April.
Sam and Kevin would contact Drift, asking him if he'd shipped the case. Drift would say that he'd ship it tomorrow, or that he had already shipped it and needed to get Kevin the tracking number. This dragged out over the month of May and June. At some point last month, Sam contacted Drift last month and Drift admitted to not shipping the case and offered to send Kevin the money back. This has not happened, and now Drift won't answer or return Kevin's calls.
Kevin is not "forum savvy" and isn't a member here. Kevin was more than reasonable in calling Drift, patiently waiting for the side case so he could ride his ATC again.
At this point Kevin just wants the money back. The entire debackle has placed Sam and I in the middle, as we are members here, and because of Drift's involvement in BAW we felt he was a member who could be trusted.

The PMs regarding the side case will be posted up as well within a few days if this issue is still unresolved. I hope DriftMunkey can take care of this, he just bought a Dodge Ram, $80 isn't even a full tank of gas for a truck like that.

Its been 4 days, and I have heard nothing from him, and no money in mrduece88's PayPal.
