Agreed. That is pretty darned convincing evidence that he was shipped something OTHER than what was promised. A full refund, including shipping costs is in order. The buyer should not lose a penny in this deal. Sorry Dregg. I know you're a vendor with a good history, and are able to hook up good deals, but this is just about doing the right thing as far as business goes.

Dregg seemed to be a pretty decent guy when I have dealt with him.

I sold him that exhaust close to 2 years ago in slightly better condition w/pictures of all the damage and full disclosure. The hangers were already cut when he got it and the the large dent looks pretty much the same. It was by no means a show piece, but I figured he was going to cut the can, pull the dent and re-weld it....i guess not...

 

So you sold it to him damaged and he posts that "there was no damage when shipped".

I so wish i would have seen this earlyer because i almost bought those busted up pipes off of him before you bought them.

I seen his posting on here so I set up a time to look at them because it seemed to good to be true...
So I get there and start looking at them. noticed that he had them positioned just right so i couldnt see the big *** dints and layed out the one that didnt have the hudge dint in it.
so glancing at the one and the y-pipe, i pretty much made my mind up that i was going to get them.

kind of looked around and seen other stuff laying around, so I asked him what else you have for sale?
checked out some s5 bumpers then went back in to grab the exhaust, and what do you know, there's a hudge a** mangled mess of greddy crap.
He failed to tell me that they were completly trashed!
so I said hell no on that.
asked him about the dints and he kind of played it off like he didnt know!

so when DREGG100 says that he didnt know that those hudge dints where there and that the carrier probably did the damage well he's a LIER, CHEAT, & A WEEZLE!!!
DREGG100 should be banned from every rx7 forum period.
people are trusting you with there dollar, which seem to be getting sqeezed more and more these days, and then to weezle some one for 225 on used goods to get nothing but grabbage is bullcrap.

I did already. I spoke to a mod. They can't do anything unless dregg does something bad on their forum (understandable). If you got screwed over, you can try going to the other forum and posting in his FS section. I don't know if this will be looked kindly upon though.

Yea I agree with you but in the end, we don't own the other forum. They are watching him but they themselves have not seen any bad activity. In fact, all of his transactions on the other forum have been good. I kind of see where the others are coming from.
