I bought a Turbo omp from him which he told me he had recently purchased from atkins rotary for 70$ Granted I low balled him at first, but I ended up paying him 40$ for it.

When I went to install the pump I decided to make sure it was rebuilt and checked the 5 o-rings, flattened and rock hard. I then compared it to my NA pump,.. Identical,.. except the one he sent me was full of black sludge.

He then changed his story to:"Came with my 87 t2 and i was told it was rebiult."

I provided pictures of what he sent me and he then said that NA and turbo pumps are the same.

I sent him the page from the FSM stating otherwise and he responded with effectively: my parts are as is, and you had to dissemble the pump to check so no refunds.

Bad dude, disputing it with paypal now.
