Ok I was attempting to buy a set of Limited edition wheels from this user and I contacted him Via PM. He said they were still for sale and I asked if could paypal him the money and if could send them to me. He then replied saying he did not have paypal but he could send them if I sent a money order. I checked his feedback here online aand someone had him in the good section, and a few other threads had other member posting things like "it was nice meeting you at the meet, you were a great guy" so I figured all was safe. I sent a message to him on a sunday saying that I had work Monday and Tuesday but that I would be sending the money wednesday, consider them sold. I sent him the money, $315 for the wheels. I headed to the post office that Wednesday and had my money sent out. I came home to a message reading. "If you have not sent the money yet, please do so ASAP, I have another buyer interested and if I do not get your money soon, I will be forced to sell the wheels to him instead." I replied saying "Don't worry about the other buyer, my money is already in the mail." Then I got one of the most backstabbing, unprofessional message I have ever received. It read "Well I'll inform both parties of who's money arrives here first." This was utter bullshit. I told him to consider the wheels sold and I told him when I'd send my money. 3 days go by, and the wheels are sold to someone else. I am told my money will be sent back upon its arrival. 2 WEEKS go by and I ask him why it is taking so long. He tells me that he still hasn't got it. I go to the post office and file a tracker form. turns out, the order was cashed on July 8th and he is still claiming he never got it. Well it was made out to his name, sent to his address, and it was cashed. now he won't return my PMs at all. He stole my $315. I recommend you do not deal with this person as they are one big headache.

Well he says he got it and is planning to send it back, he just doesn't have the funds to do so at the moment.....

Ok he is good for his word. He has been working and is sending a good chunk of it back. I can say that it is safe to buy from him in the future and i don't think he would let this happen twice. I'll keep everyone updated about the arrival of the money, when it's all here, we can remove this thread. For now I will say he is a good guy and I don't think he meant any harm.

this is what makes it safer to just deal threw ebay when it come to sales, so theres a feedback system to see the sellers and give and recieve just so you know before you commit to a problem. now you have to wait and see after the fact if you will recieve you money or parts.

I mean yeah it pissed me off, but I received a huge chunk of my money back today. I won't hold the grudge if this is solved.
