So a little over 2 weeks ago I paypal this person for a s5 stereo, before the communication was great. So I paid the guy and the communication went down the drain, I have been trying to get a tracking # for the package since the first day that he supposely sent the item. I even told him that I was leaving town on the 19th but even so he ignored what I had said and all the times that he replied he never mentions the tracking number. Now Im having to send somebody to my house to get my package and paying for their gas money. If you have time and patience in your hands, then this is your guy.

 

People like that **** me off....the ones who forget about you once they have your money.

Not yet. I had to contact fedex myself today, only to found out that he left out my apartment number so it was going to be sent back. I guess he just doesnt take the time to do business right.

i contact this guy, because he had a WTB section for the s5 unit that i had just taken out of my car. He is willing, and he paypals me the money. Mind you i told him $65, and guess what he paypals me exactly that, and doesnt add the 3% charge (but that is fine, no worries there, just a common courtesy that i and all the others i have dealt with have done).

We were messaging back and fourth, and i told him that it would be atleast a week from when he purchased the item, before i could ship it. That was finals week for me, and i had to work everyday my usuall times (5:30am-3pm) and i let him know that, and everything thing was cool. Ok well that friday rolls around, the week i told him i was going to ship and i did.

I went to the post office, packaged it up, and sent it out to the address that he has paypaled me.

Well he in the mean time is freaking out and emailing me all the time, and messaging me. I explain to him that i was busy (after already letting him know that in the first place). So a couple days go by (i dont really remember how many), and i get a phone call from my parents saying that a package came for me.

(i live in an apartment where i go to school, which is an hour and a half from my house, where i recieve packages, and the address that i put on the packages for my return address).

I got the call on a monday, and had no chance to go back there to get the package and mail it out, until the weekend.

(in the mean time, i get these stupid *** harrassing emails, calling me bitch and all this and that. I finally get a little aggetated and email him back letting him know that i am pissed off)

I get the package on the weekend, get back on monday, and ship out the package again (total cost at this point $26) via fedex this time. Again i put the information on there as i was given again, and yes the apartment number was on there. I get this email from him today, cursing me out saying this and that...

i paypal verified 51. i have never had a complaint against me from any online transactions ever. I have been a member of sevral boards, and i have bought and sold nearly 300 items.

He can say what he wants, but i have the proof to back it. Also i think it is a pretty strong/immature claim to make a thread with such title

 

I’m not surprised to read this. Of course we all have our different versions. Let’s keep in mind it's been a little over three weeks and no package but I'll try to make this simple.

First of all, he never mentioned anything about the shipping wait, until a few days after I had sent him the money.

Second of all, I clearly told him in multiple messages that I was leaving on the
19th and that I needed the tracking number (in which by the way I’m still waiting). I received a message from him saying that he had shipped through Fedex but no tracking number. Wrote him back asking for it, but no reply. So I had to contact Fedex myself to find out the delivery date. Spoke with Fedex supervisor, she read out my address, and I notice that left out the apartment number.

And please show us, the message that I called you a bitch including the few ones that you have replied, ordered by dates. Then you guys decide. I too have done business with many people here, and I never had problems until now. And to think that all this happened because of a damm tracking number.

In concern of the 3% if I ever get the stereo I'll donate to you for Christimas, lol, besides this is unethical for you to say something like this. For future purpose if you buy anything from this guy, please dont forget the 3%..lololol

Since you are much of a business person, you should know that once you sell something, customers will write you expecting to receive answers for their questions. I too have proof.

 

The first time that you emailed me and asked about shipping, i told you (and i will get the email) that it would have to wait until that friday to ship out, because of my work shedule and exams...

2nd of all, you have forgoten yourself, that i have shipped it one time already via the stupid *** post office (and i agree i hate there service and it doesnt really suprise me, but i was doing what i could to get it out to you)

Yes you did tell me about you leaving down, but i never knew the duration, or did i let that factor in to my head. I thought that it would be ok, even if you were gone. I do admit my fault on that, but i did what i could do, as soon as i could do it.

The Fedex Tracking - i never said that i didnt have the tracking, because i do, and i can still give you the reciept and everything if you would like a faxed copy, or for me to scan it and post it on here. The issue with that was when i was in Charlotte i shipped in when i was in my rx7, i went back to my hometown and i took my gf's accord and drove it back to charlotte since i was communting for that week, and it gets alot better gas mileage. The reciept was still in my rx7 however. If you would like it, let me know.

hey i didnt see any text in that last message. Well it has been sent, via fedex this time. That was the last time i am dealing with the USPS.. It is packed in all kinds of peanuts and will arrive in great condition i promise.

i know this is taking way to long of a time to get there i am sorry... i just can figure out why they sent me back the package when the address was correct, that is what i am have been arguing with at the usps and trying to get the money i spent to ship it out there.

im not saying that this was a smooth transaction, nor am i blaming him for anything. I openly admit, that this has been a rough transaction and sometimes this happens to all of us. I have bought and sold hundreds of times, and sometimes they are rough. I am doing what i can, and this guy is just pissed and i understand that to a point.

do i think he is right for making this thread, no. Do i think he is over reacting because every little thing didnt go exactly his way, yes. Am i sorry, yes.

Now that all of the drama is out the only thing I want to see from Chase is the fed ex tracking number posted up here that shows this package is on it's way to Maikelc.
The issue here is that the only focus seems to be on the problem or problems of what was or was not done. The focus needs to be on the solution. In this case their is only one solution.

Get the member the item that they paid for. Everything else is secondary.

 

if you check the order of the emails that were sent, i was smarted off to first.(but that really doesnt matter) what bothers me is this jackass acts like he was been such a pleasure to work with, and not being an honest man about things
