Do not trust this guy Matt, he is either too young to get his act together or a con man that just tells stories and takes your money. He seems like a nice guy, but he really screwed up on this transaction and has not made good on anything he has promised.
I paid him on 3/21/08 $212 via Paypal for a rear skirt, he had great communications up till I paid the money and then it got spotty, once it dragged on for a couple of weeks I started getting excuses on shipping boxes, sites to ship from and that he was sending me emails ( I did get one that I missed) and PM's (can't miss those).
Everytime I threaten to make a post about this issue he sends me a PM or email promising me the part or the Money will be sent...but then never does either.
***3 Months is too long for a transaction and to tie up $212 of someones money***
Bottom line is, I was promised a rear skirt, paid extra on top of the agreed price and then was asked to pay extra for unexpected shipping cost.
Do not trust this person, get the part shipped and delivered first or you may not get it or your money back.

I sent you two emails from matt.s@lrpcap.com and yesterday was from my home email cbzz87@gmail.com, please let me know whats going on. I decided to send you a refund because it's too much of a hassle to ship it, expect your refund in full by no later then this friday.

Howdy Matt, it's been way past "Friday" and no refund has showed up in my Paypal acct. Dude, you are really showing your age, let's get it together and finish this transaction asap.

I hate doing this sort of thing, I tried to wait but it got to be way too long. He seems like a really good guy. Just not on this particular transaction.
