Over 5 months ago I purchased a Godspeed intercooler kit From thatguy23 which I was told was new in box, and complete. In the same transaction I purchased a blitz blow off valve that I planned to use with the intercooler kit. We agreed on $300 for the intercooler kit shipped and 125 for the BOV shipped. Approximately two days after I sent him the money via paypal, he called saying that shipping was more than expected and he expected and that he expected me to pay for the paypal fees (he never mentioned this before when we were discussing the transaction. In an effort to keep the peace I agreed to pay for half the paypal fees but was still quite irritated that he would call me after we had agreed on a price and I had paid to ask for more money.

When I recieved the Intercooler kit it was not in it original box and all of the rubber couplers and the throttle body elbow was missing. I contacted him and he said that he could either try to get me the missing parts or I could return both Items for a full refund. I said that I wanted to return the purchase. After this conversation I never heard from him again. I have tried calling him, leaving voicemails and private messaging him on the forums with no response. I have also left him messages stating that I would consider the problem reconciled if he would simply get me the parts that he promised me in the first place so that I could use the kit. It is still sitting in my closet unnused after over 5 months and I still have not heard from thatguy23.
