I had a similar experience with Nick from Rick's Rotary... I sent him money for a 5 lug hub. He insisted on shipping it even though it is a 30 minute drive for me. A month and multiple excuses later I still hadn't received it. So I finally email him threatening to call the authorities and he paypals my money back right away.

 

Make a bad guy thread on him and send DKJ or a mod a PM explaining the circumstances.

 

look him up on myspace or facebook and track him down I'm sure you'll find him that way and when you finally pin point his location (pad) wait for him one late night when he gets home rush out of your car with this mask on creep up from behind him with a baseball bat and yell out in a hardcore/screamo voicMarvin Pham!!!! i want my money back motha *****!!!!

I had something similar happen to me before. Luckily I paid with CC and I paid the extra fees for using a CC so I called the CC company and they took care of everything. Closed down the guy's paypal and stuff.

Well, I got two different people that owe me FD rotor housings. A third person that owes me turbos as well. I paid them all about 2-3 weeks ago. I can understand when people get busy and don't ship things out quickly, but at least tell me that you are lagging.
