I had a similar experience with Nick from Rick's Rotary... I sent him money for a 5 lug hub. He insisted on shipping it even though it is a 30 minute drive for me. A month and multiple excuses later I still hadn't received it. So I finally email him threatening to call the authorities and he paypals my money back right away.

If you didn't get your order, just call your card's company and you will get all your money back.

If you paid by Paypal funds, Paypal will charge you a $25 recover fees, so any item under $25 you will loose. Make sure to make your claim within 30 days of payment, it be alot easier to get your money back.

eBay is 100% safe if payment by creidt card! If you have fund on your Paypal account, make sure to take it out before payment. If you don't Paypal always use that funds first, then your credit card.

I had something similar happen to me before. Luckily I paid with CC and I paid the extra fees for using a CC so I called the CC company and they took care of everything. Closed down the guy's paypal and stuff.

Well, I got two different people that owe me FD rotor housings. A third person that owes me turbos as well. I paid them all about 2-3 weeks ago. I can understand when people get busy and don't ship things out quickly, but at least tell me that you are lagging.
