Bad seller: RX7FAB
Well this is not something I wanted to do to this guy because he has stayed in contact with me thru this whole transaction. Here's the story, in march 07 I sent $765.00 to Justin Miller (RX7FAB) for some 3rd gen seats. I waited three weeks or so and nothing. He told me that he was busy with NOPI and he hadn't got around to shiping them but he recieved my money order and would ship them the next day. He procrastinated a few more weeks and said that the shipping company had them. I asked for a tracking number so that I could verify what he claimed. Nothing! Then I got a call from him saying the seats were damaged with the shipper (Pax Global). He promised to refund me back with another money order. He said that he mailed it two day mail. That was two weeks ago. He pm'ed me and said he was sorry about this whole thing and that he would send a money order, (LIAR, about sending the previous m.o.) Now his last message to me was, "let me know when you get the money order" AGAIN it's been several weeks and it's almost june 07. I will let everyone know if it ever shows up but I have given up hope and don't trust Justin Miller of Scottsville AZ as far as I could throw him. Hope you read this Justin, and change your ways. -Matt (RX72NR)

I wish it was...I still haven't recieved my refund after 4 months. Last week Justin pm'd me saying that the funds from the last money order, that he sent by mail, cleared his account. He was to busy to western union the funds, and when I told him to send another money order, he said ok. Still nothing, mail only takes a day or two from AZ to WA. What a scammer, I haven't any expectations that I'll ever see my money from this guy. -Matt

I'm kind of discouraged by the number of "bad seller" posts in this section over the past few months (since I've revisited this board). I'm hoping it's just a case of people not complaining about the good stuff, or just not taking the time to write about a good transaction. If not, though, this community is going down the pooper really quick.

You could have told me this last week so that I wouldn't have had to watch my mail everyday for the money order you said you were going to send and provide a tracking #-that was never going to happen. I will call you and arrange to go to a western union.

Well Justin, I hate doing this here it is...

Try this number. This is where he works. I thought he lived just a mile from me, but he may have moved to Scottsdale. I don't know. If all else fails, then I will notify local moderators and could halt his local sponsor priviledges.
Again, I don't like doing this. But as a seller, you need to take more responsibility when selling products. If you're not ready to deal with it or put it off for too long, then you shouldn't be in this business.
