so over 2 months ago i had sent this guy $60 for a y pipe and the actual asking price was 55 but thats just how i operate so hey.

well. too make a long story short he has made every excuse as to why he ripped me for my money. first he said that he will ship it by this day then that day then after i don't hear from him for about 2 weeks he says it had shipped already. but he has no tracking# to prove this. because he lost it. ( i bet his dog ate it huh) then now he has the story of it was lost at the hands of usps. when i filed a paypal despute nothing happened since he had let it go on soo long. and during the despute he was not around. till the end ofcoarse. and now paypal says it has been too long.

i've been scammed before i know how they operate. this guy has all the worst symptoms. it's sad that this kinda thing still happens on forums like these

 

I think the only reason you know how scammers work is that you yourself have done the scamming. The item was sent and undoubtedly received by you all in due time of the initial transaction. The claim that you had filled with paypal was not ended by paypal in error!!!

There's no reason he shouldn't be able to provide a tracking number. Go to your credit card records, go back to the store you shipped from, etc. A tracking number would fix everything.

 

when i call paypal they say that the transaction # that i have does'nt show anything???? kinda strange cause i have 60 dollars missing that is unaccountable??? we already filed a paypal despute but he must have given them a bogus # for a tracking# as so they will throw it out. but i know for a fact that this guy has no tracking# he can give to me. we wen't back and forth on this matter already.

this guy is good at this he must've read everything paypal has in their disclaimer because everytime we tried to get something done he was either nowhere around or had some lame excuse as to why i don't have my y pipe yet..

i had actually already purchased a y pipe from someone else before he even admited to shipping the y pipe. i had told him just to forget it. a y pipe i need does me no good once i don't need it!

i mean seriously i've heard every excuse from power outages to procrastination to postal mistakes...

i ship packages to tokyo twice a month. one of my friends owns the local ups store. another one of my friend's mother works at my local post office. one of my good friends delivers for ups.

i know a thing or two about shipping. this guy can't b/s me.

he is plainly full of ****.

he knew exactly how long to lag to be able to keep my money without giving me ****!

and since he kept feeding me excuses past 20 days. and paypal says i'm sorry this is how we work. so to this guy since he used paypal just right it is ok. and not fraudulant at all.
but of coarse his excuse is that. HE LOST THE TRACKING# AND THE POSTAL SERVICE LOST MY PACKAGE. OH AND HIS POST UP THERE. NOW HE SAYS I HAVE RECEIVED IT UNDOUBTEDLY GEE I DON'T REMEMBER TAKING THAT PACKAGE FROM MISTER POST MAN. BETTER TAKE MY PROZAK GET FREAKIN REAL!!! no entity on this here premises had taken noir signed for any package of the described nature. noir does the postal service or private contracting companies ups fedex etc. have this address in their files for a package of this size or weight destined or recorded for delivery.
basically he is a butthole smoke blower. good ol fashion conman.. and used the rules of paypal to steal my money and make a story about how it's my fault and it's ok on his end yet has no evidence of anything what so ever

 

this guy never had a tracking# to begin with. after he said he shipped it and it got lost he said he lost the tracking# he never had.
but somehow he knew the postal service had lost it before he knew the tracking#

paypal says since this guy is a professional procrastonator there is nothing i can do. basically i should've filed a despute 48 hour after he had not shipped my stuff. so it is my fault for considering him legit and listening to his excuses.

kinda sad that he is even still on this forum
all evidence shows he is PLAINLY fraudulant. but i guess thats ok on this forum

Ryan, the man has a point, please post up tracking information to support your claim. I want to make this 100% clear to both parties--NO accusations will be tolerated. If you have PROOF that someone scammed you, then post it, but there is no need for someone to be calling someone else a scammer if they cannot post the tracking info to show that they kept their word.

the basic is this. about 2 and a half months ago i sent him 60 bux for a y pipe. at the time i sent him my money the deal was he ships my y pipe within the next 3 days.
then he starts coming up with excuses why he has'nt shiped it yet.

then after he takes almost a month he says it had been shipped but the post office must have lost it. then when he takes another 2 weeks to get back to me he says he will get the tracking# from work. then after another week he lost it. he has done nothing but avoid me all together in the whole ordeal.... now he says that i magically received it when in reality. i had to buy one from another member. 209fd. ryan2153 has no evidence that my item was ever even attempted to ship. no tracking# no type of postal confirmation of anything what so ever..

i filed a paypal despute but nothing happened and it expired.
i contacted paypal and they said there is nothing they can do after 20 days. they cannot reopen a despute after it has been closed or EXPIRED.. this guy just gets my money. basically he just disapears during the period after the sale and during the despute

this money is without a doubt missing from my paypal acct.

Thats still a good deal on the clip though. the turbos and engine are worth that alone (since its a newer fd)
You dont happen to have the dual oil coolers for it do you? im looking for the US passenger side cooler and the lines. If you have them let me know.

I really have to apologize for the time it has taken me to get the pipe shipped out.

I stopped at the post office Monday but didn't have enough cash on me (thought it was gonna be a little less) and then I've been working 12 hr days since then. I did get to send it out Thursday so it should be to you by Tuesday or so. I really hope that i haven't inconvenienced you in any way with the delay of the shipment.

look i didnt say this was going to be next day shipping or something. My buddy who works for the post office said that he sent something about half the distance you are for me and that it took 3 weeks for that to get to the guy. You are going to get the pipe and now i guess i have to deal with the claim you put up with paypal (which is **** by the way). If paypal finds the transaction faulty (which its not) then you get your money back.

COUNTY..this forum has no real feedback system other than a random section.. moderators allow impunity to suspected wrong doers by not allowing the victim to pursue the case of their goods..
moderators also do not stop the acused from operating and look into the situation them selves. yet will still govern the actions of operation of members of the forum.

what i mean is. site operation must abide by C.A. laws...
