Long story short. I paypaled him $103 dollars on or around 9/25 for a C's short shifter (even included paypal fees), didn't hear from him till 10/2 and he gave me this lame line:

"I havent shipped your shifter yet, again i appoligize for everything my comp got smoked by my fiance, just my luck, but would you like me to ship it to the addy on payapl?

-Brad"

I then confirmed to ship it to that address and never heard from him again. That was also the last time he has been on these forums. I did the whole paypal claims thing and they cant get my money back because he has no money in his paypal account so basically all they did was set his account to limited so if he wants to use it again he needs to pay up. Pff...he could easily just use someone elses account....stupid paypal. Any tips btw?

 

Have you tried contacting him through AOL Instant Messenger? He has that on his profile, you should try doing that. If you really want your money or product, and want to do some work, you should try contacting his work. He claims that he works at a Caterpillar dealership in Excelsior Springs, MO.

i tried via AIM, never on. I saw that he works there but there are no cat dealerships in ES, only in nearby Kansas City. I called one and it never rang or anything. I actually found an address and phone number for him but the number no longer works and google maps can't find the address...
