seller quickly replies item still available
Set a price for item shipped and sell promptly replies back
proceed to ask Erosangel for form of payment and Erosangel promptly replies back with PayPal address to send my money to for the item. I promptly send money over then message Erosangel, no reply no response all day . I messaged seller Erosangel 08/27/2021 and I get this looooooong message as an excuse that Erosangel will be sending me over a refund and cannot sell me the item I paid for and got no response the whole day 08/26/2021 and Erosangel responded back 08/27/2021 after I sent over another message. This is a shady seller and I would not do business with someone like this nor do I wish anyone else would have to deal with a shady seller as Erosangel. It's very easy to tell a potential buyer item is pending and if payment falls through I will let u be next in line but Erosangel went ahead and accepted my payment and never replied back. Would don't need shady sellers like EROSANGEL on here

your telling of events doesnt seem to completely line up with the message thread. are you upset that he had a pending payment but proceeded to do the deal with you as though he didnt? sure it sucks but this by no means what would label someone as shady. i think this one is being blown up a little bit. he sent your money back and explained the situation. a shady seller would have kept your money or ghosted you for a while without a refund. neither of which happened. based on the timeline, everything falls well within "prompt" for both of you.

from what i gather, youre upset that you missed out on something that you wanted because the seller was pending the sale to someone else and instead of letting you know that upfront proceeded with the deal anyway. keep in mind, people say they will be sending payment for things all the time and then just ghost. as a seller if you commit that time to someone while someone else waits, you run the possibility of losing the waiting party as well and are left with nothing but an item still on the market. so for him to proceed pending another buyer isnt wrong. should he have mentioned it..... maybe. he may or may not have had confidence in the other party.

all speculation of course but i think what happened here by no means warrants this thread or homie being labeled as shady

Absolutely not . The fact is seller ghosted me after I sent over the payment. Seller did not have any payment from the other potential buyer that i was not aware of. If seller had a potential buyer they need to let the next person interested know its PENDING and not accept payment because now I'm out on a part that I was going to buy from another source! That part is now gone so me keeping the faith in this seller to take my money and ship my item I have lost out on a similar item. Absolutely 💯 a shady seller.

Can you imagine shopping around and having 2 options lined up for a home? seller accepts your offer so you tell the other home owner u found what ur looking for, made offer and seller accepted so go ahead and sell to the other guy. You proceed to drop your money in escrow. The next day seller tells u hey I'm sorry but I have to refund your money and not selling u the home? Now u are fuqd and have no home will have to keep searching because shady seller backed out of verbal agreement.

As a buyer you commit that the seller. Buyers run the possibility of losing on the waiting party as well and are left with nothing being a buyer they can fuq u over just same as being a seller.

Seems like you're thinking of him as a business that owes you something when in fact he's just a dude who made a mistake and felt he should honor his first agreement. Sucks, but its life and no skin off your back in the grand scheme of things. Chalk it up to knowing who YOU'D rather not deal with in the future but to go agro with a thread smearing him is over the top. To me.

Your timeline of being ghosted was less than 48 hours. I understand getting nervous about not getting your money back, but it was 1 day that the person "ghosted" you. I think you're being a little over dramatic about this situation. I think Cr-rex above kind of covered it. It's understandable that you're upset you lost out on something you wanted to buy. Were there mistakes that could have been avoided?

Come on, seriously? You're equating to becoming homeless to losing out on a car part? Drop the drama. The guy refunded you pretty promptly and offered their "sincerest apologies" even. Move on.

I'm old fashioned a deal is a deall. Won't be doing business with said seller again. Next time I need to buy I will make sure no other potential buyers learning experience.

Wow! I expected this to be a complete f job. You got your money back. This is a guy, not a business, selling stuff and probably does not have a ton of experience doing it. Anyone other then the op correct me if I'm out of line here but the seller seems honest and legit. May have been out of sorts with a sell he thought was not going to happen but did the right thing and honored the first buyer and refunded the back up buyer. If anything the op may be the one out of line here. My interpretation of what was posted may be off. Just my opinion on what was posted. Could be wrong.
