Angry whats wrong with RX7store!!!!!!!!!!!!?

ok so heres the story about a month ago my clutch started slipping and is on its way out so i looked around and i found a good price on a Spec clutch from RX7 store and i head there pretty fast in shipping so i bought it. it has been 4 weeks since i bought it and it hasnt came in yet!!!!! i tried emailing the store ( 4 times) and i called everyday since last week and i have gottenn no reply. also when i bought the clutch they gave me a receipt but no Fed Ex tracking number (kinda weird too me). but if anyone knows a way to cantact them besides calling or Emailing pleases let me know Formula D is this weekend and i was looking forward to heading down there with a few of my RX7 buddies and my local shop but cant without the clutch

thats weird, ive gotten alot of my parts from them and i always get them in a timely manner. there was one time where it took a while to receive spark plugs but after that no issues. i ordered an ACT 6 puck off their site a year or 2 ago and i got it real quick.

i recently ordered an hks rs intake from jason/rx7store and received it in a timely mannar. that was about a month ago but didn't have a problem with the transaction. i have since sent an email questioning about defi bf gauges and haven't had a reply. i sent him email from his website and pm'd him on the forum. i don't know if he has something going on or what.

FYI, dont order the Greddy gauges as they are now discontinued if you were thinking of getting those as an alternative choice. last i checked, jason had none left at least for the water temp gauge anyway.

I've orderd HID lights from rx7store. Wasnt totally pleased with the service but I eventually got everything I ordered (kinda). I did have to hound Jason alot but it never seemed like he was ignoring me and he did seem like he wanted to do the right thing. The lights I bought from him was missing a gasket and one of the ballasts was dead. I eventually got the gasket (took a while) and it had a cut on it but whatever. I also got a new ballast. The new ballast was smaller but I didnt have to ship the other one back which is nice. My concern is that the different ballasts will perform differently but Im confident that Jason will stand by his word and get me the right one if I run into trouble. Kru, what happened to you is not cool but I think we have to remember that Jason is only one guy (not that this is an excuse). Im sure he is just busy right now.

If I were you I would keep calling him up, Im sure you will get through eventually. Make sure you call him early in the morning (his time), thats when I was able to contact him most of the time.

To the original poster, please let me know your name and I will look into the order. Most Spec clutches are in stock so if you had to wait that long then there is an issue. You can also PM me with your info.

Thanks
Jason

with my least experience with Rx7store is that they will solve any issues, just let them know.. I bought a few stuff from rx7store and everything came as described, we had a misunderstanding but rx7store gladdly helped me
