True

I was merely highlighting the OP's tactics were counterproductive in attaining his goal(s). I deliberately avoided using "deformation" and "libel" and was not intending slander to be interpreted according to its legal definition.

I am not against the OP, just playing the devils advocate so he can see the situation from a detached point of view. To clarify I was honestly not being a smart ***, I have dealt with these situations many times. It is never advantageous to threaten or damage a persons buissness/reputation. All you are doing is giving your oponent ammunition and advanced warning to prepare a defence.

93RX7-europa, if your goal is to try and get me into jail, good luck; you joined a GB with a Terms of Service that SPECIFICALLY said it would take a while. You joined, which meant you agreed to these terms.

Initially, I was considering a refund, because it has taken longer than expected, and I make every effort to work w/ ppl to reach an amicable solution - despite it being something I don't do on special orders. But after your current behavior (posting threats all over my threads, the bashing, the legal threats, etc), I'm not so inclined to do so. So you're gonna hafta just deal w/ it as is.

The appropriate GB thread has been updated w/ the pertinent info. You can check it for updates. And that's all for now.

To the rest, if you had something good to say, thank you. If you didn't, it's best not to speak ill of ppl you don't even know, esp. when you don't have all the facts. And for the record, I have not, would not, and will not EVER rip off anyone, EVER. I may be poor in time, but def. not poor in morals or ethics.

I'm in one of his GB's for the spirit R key and he offered a refund since so many people aren't coming through on paying, from what i can tell he's a good guy and you should just be patient, it's not like it's something essential to getting your car running.
