I received my parts and all is well. To the posters above, I dont know what was agreed upon but there is no way I am letting engines/cars leave without being paid in full. Matter of fact, if I know the customer doesnt have the money up front that job gets pushed to the back, thats just life.

I have heard good things about Robert, he is not so much the one I have an issue with over my transaction, and i have had pm's about bad things too. To summarize the good: great product quality, approachable and in my experience, pleasant to talk to and informative... To summarize the bad, falls through on many time commitments (he'll even admit that), procrastinates on shipping (he'll admit that too).... so in my opinion if you want something done right, and are very patient, then go ahead and deal with him..the end will justify the means. Very few have published product failures, I know my shifter is flawless.

An old mechanics price list kinda went like this (from 20 years ago), $30/hour for me to repair, $40/ hour if you wanna watch and $50/hour if you tried to fix it first. Even my mechanic has a price scale relevant to his customer. For me the deals and service are stellar, but some wtf customers who will complain publically no matter what get quoted out of this world so he doesn't have to bother with the business. I recall one in particular that was no longer welcome to enter, or even buy parts off the shelf, "no soup for you!"

A mechanic that gets treated well will treat you well for years to come. My non-rotary mechanic of 25+ years get a bottle delivered for christmas every year. This gesture pays for itself 4 times over throughout the year.

This thread is not about TENAZ, so let's leave that crap out of here. This thread is between Rob and djseven. It looks like djseven is all taken care of, so this thread is DONE. If Robert (not someone speaking for Robert) wants to respond, he can pm me or Rx-7Doctor and we'll open this thread back up for his response.

Thanks.
