Rotary Shack
Where did the thread go for the group buy on their ABS delete kits for the fd? I havent had any communication with them and they said it would be in within 3 weeks. It has now been 9 weeks and I can no longer give them the benefit of the doubt. Please tell me this is a misunderstanding. If I blatantly overlooked the GB thread I apologize but I would like some explanation. Hopefully this is just a mixup.

he is having some issues with IB billing procedures, to say the least.
rob told me all the short shifter group buy purchases/shipments were up to date , but the shipping on the ABS kits was killing him, so he was looking at alternative shipping methods.

I had talks with Robert yesterday and today by email, I got cold feet after not seeing Rotary Shack on the venders forum and filed a dispute with paypal.... seeing it was the 44th day after my payment was sent. My item's were shipped this morning with a tracking number, Dispute was closed. Thanks for looking after this matter Robert....

All is well gents, the ABS kits have been shipped except for 2 which are going out tomorrow morning, tracking numbers have been sent thus far, thank you.

Are you talking about the one in the 1st gen section? If so, it had nothing to do with the fact that it was about rotaryshack. If you read the rules, there is a section in red font that this particular type of thread is not allowed and will be deleted on the spot.

Only because I told him to finally talk to you and sort things out, had I not taken that step it never would have happened. Trust me, you are the one who can be "careful". What people fail to understand is that I volunteer to help Robert with internet/forum sales, I do not get paid to do it or special compensations. All I really do, is post up what he wants to sell, and once sold he takes care of the rest. Shipping delays, order issues, have nothing to do with me except for the fact that since I'm on the forums way more, I tend to try and support anyone who purchases from him. I don't have to, but I choose to, and I take the heat because people deal with me directly being the point of contact. If you had issues with your order, go complain to him because it's not in my control what happens. Thanks.

You get criticized because we get the "impression" you do much more. My only issue with you was misinformation, that's it. I have no intention of spilling out the details since you aid in distributing a quality product at a good price. Had you advised me to strictly use paypal, this issue would not have occurred. I realize that you "help", and I am sure Robert is grateful. And again since this thread is regarding rotaryshack, I will repeat "Robert cleared up issues I had with him and product quality was perfect".

You are soooo full of it...at least Robert was good for his word, yours kept changing! Why then did the Doc have to get so involved in getting my part for me, even after you told him you would ship it right away. You know it! You said one thing and did another, "on your own", that is why I had to deal with Robert direct. I've said if before, and Robert will admit it, if you want it today go elsewhere, he's too busy and falls behind on shipping. Quality on the other hand, great! You have come on here representing yourself as promoting group buys etc and only when you mess things up do you speak as a volunteer, one without responsibility, like we should be grateful for your efforts.

At least my engine builder has "ALWAYS" kept his word. One time he promised my car would be ready on a friday, and there were complications on a prior car so they started late. Rather than putting me off, he insisted on keeping his word and delivering the car. He and his guys finished and delivered the car to me at 12:30am. Now that's holding to your word! I can walk in his shop, visit any time, and if I need any parts and he's not there, I show the guys what I am taking and square up later with no issues.......
