He doesnt ever reply although he takes the time to delete my posts and post new progress of his work. Very insulting and disrespectful. How do u take a customers money up front and never deliver the product, then prance around on facebook and rx7 club like nothing happened? Why do we keep these people in business? Its been 6 months, theres no excuses for the neglect. From this point on im making it a point to let his whole customer base in on his antics.

i understand a lot of people here have had a bad experience with re-speed however i would like to say i had just the opposite i contacted re-speed on march 3 2013 inquiring on there moser axles and bbk he replied back to me on the march 4 2013 stating the moser axles he could have those shipped to me no problem because they are being shipped from moser no big deal then he stated that he just went to a new shop for machine work and that he did not have any bbk at this time but he was supposed to start on them the next day or so so i went ahead and ordered the moser axles on mar 4 2013 Sam instructed me to call back later in the week to see how the bbk kits were come so i did so on the 8th of march he told me his machinist just started on them told me he had 3 on back order but they were making 10 kits and one was mine if i wanted it so i put the order for the bbk in on the 8th of march i am here to say i received the axles on the 11th of march and received the bbk today the 20th i am very happy with the service i received and i know not all of us have had this type of service but after my experience with them i would order from them again

Wondered if there would be a thread here....

I am a resident from Western Australia and made an order for over $800 worth of stuff back in very late March. Delivery was around 3 months plus whatever time it took to make things however I believe I have been patient enough. I've tried to contact them at least 3 times, once a week the past month and have not heard NOTHING. Funny how e-mails at time of ordering was quick.

Just sent another e-mail, posted here and also on Facebook. If I do not hear back, I will be lodging a claim through Paypal.

Not impressed and would appreciate if anyone could help.

Edit: after reading this thread I am claiming though Paypal.
