Thumbs down Injector Warehouse

Injector Warehouse made 3 mistakes in my one order.... I ordered fuel injectors, intake gasket, and injector seals kit (thinking the injectors didn't come withs seals and grommets) all at the same time

first off I only got the injectors and that was it. so i called customer service and the packers "forgot" to put the seal kit and gasket it the package and they would send it right out to me, but wait!! they charged me for the shipping on the second pakage even thogh it was their mistake

Second, when i tried to install the my injectors the grommets that came on it were WAY to big. The grommets should snugly go inside the fuel rail to ensure a good seal and no leaking but instead they would not fit at all. they are about the same size as my fuel rail and no matter what i tried it just wouldn't work.

Third, ha i got the injector seal kit so issue #2 is no problem... right? NO the injector seal kit had all the seals and lower grommets for 2 injectors BUT only had ONE upper grommet soi called them once again with the 2 issues i had just came to. so what do they do. fix it, send me a new injecor seal kit and they claim they will make sure that everything is included... we will see thogh.. oh but wait... not but 5 min later i check my bank balance to and the most recent charge is? you guessed it! shipping AGAIN for a mistake that they made!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHH I WILL NEVER ORDER ANY PARTS FROM INJECTOR WAREHOUSE AGAIN!!!

And yes I did send them a nasty little email about how poorly orginized the company is and questioning why i have to pay shipping for the mistakes they made.. I doubt it will do any good though

WOW that is terrible. I wonder if you can do a charge back on the shipping.

i would, contact your CC company and explain to them the issue. they shouldn't be allowed to get away with charging you for their own constant mistakes because they will keep making them if they are not held responsible.
