Having problem with vender 87GTR regarding shipping paid items

I have been buying parts on yahoo auctions and have payed for all my parts. The problem is that he does not respond to my PMs. Some of the parts havent showed up due to the tsunami the seat and the cluster. I will wait until I deal with him on that issue (ie. refund from shipping company).

I have asked for him to give me a shipping quote so I can get the parts over here. I have about over $700 worth of parts with him and want to get it over. I am willing to spend money for shipping but nonresponse . I bought some FD parts, clothes, and Japanese car brochures. Two parts haven't showed up and they are the miata cluster and the mazdaspeed seat.

Here is my paypal payments.

Correct. All the parts are from yahoo auctions. I used a brokering service through him paying a 10% fee. I would look the part up and he would bid on them and I would then pay him to get the item to him.
