Well it looks like im screws 466.00 dollars. It sucks when some one steals your hard earn money. I kill my self working overtime to making the little extra money to buy my parts. I work very hard for it. V8envy made a thread with some items to sale. I purchased an FMIC and clutch from him and he promised to ship then as soon as he got the payment.

The first red flag was paypal would not let me send an instant payment to him. It had to be echeck. It stated while they cant state the reason for it was for security reasons, but they would not tell you at what end.
The next red flag was he could not provide a tracking number to me or the other buyers.
This is the PM he sent me.
"I just got a call from UPS The delivery address is incorrect, if you can get me the right address today it can be dropped off today. Thanks"
I've never know for UPS to call and redirect a package to that address. In most cases they will return the package back to the sender.
So i filed a paypal dispute and the dispute closed because he sent a refund...but the refund never cleared. His bank declined it. So he took everyone's money and blew it off?
The ironic thing was he made this thread

I've gotten pm's from other members who have not received there parts yet.
V8envy either refund my money or ship me my parts...or you never had them and stole from us.

I wasted most of my day today to remove a subframe from my FD to ship to this guy because he needed one so desperately he needed me to ship tomorrow with a tracking number he said he would pay pal, and agreed to a price that was just dollars above what shipping cost I didn't really care I was helping a fellow Rx7 owner and I was never going to need this subframe again. After I got it all out of the car and send him a PM just to let him know it's out and I have it boxed up ready to ship he punks out and says he bought one from someone else. Then had the nerve to ask for my torque arm. Some people... I trust him as far as I can throw him
and goes on to saying
Thanks for wasting my time, Your method of doing business is insulting, I tried to do you a favor by removing my subframe today after we had made a deal, then you back out and have the nerve to try and buy my torque arm, I was selling you my subframe for the cost of shipping I even boxed it all up, Thanks people like you should not be allowed to do business on here!
