Here is my experience, I purchased a new A/C compressor @ $325 for my 91 T2 , they sent the wrong part. After many of phone calls & e-mail pics they confirmed that they did not have that unit. The problem started when it was time to return the incorrect part for a full refund. They wanted to charge a 15% re-stocking fee + s/h back to them. I protested & they removed the re-stocking fee but jam me $25 for th s/h. I plan to file a dispute with my credit card.

I was able to get the correct part from Advance auto for $265 within a day
