I am a Jeep owner who has run into this user on multiple forums. He is a scammer who will usually contact members with a lead of some sort and will provide the email francesbuyers@outlook.com.

He is currently trying to sell me a bumper that I have confirmed is at a shop that he is not affiliated with.
