when the parts came back to me I {me} thought you were getting a refund for the whole order so thet is where that sat intell you called and when you did we shipped the parts out to you overnight for FREE..
So eather way you got the parts you ordered with FREE over night shipping..

Sorry to hear about the problem. I have done business with Dan for years and never had a problem. I think by using bad language (lack of respect to anyone) and expecting orders to be fixed overnight was the main problem here.
Anytime something is sent back to anyone you have to allow time for everything to process and get back out.
Well hope Billy at respeed don't make a mistake. I mean we are human and with out full knowledge of the exact setup it's like shooting in the dark.

I bought a pair of Tail Lights for my '79SA. They were exactly as Dan described and were very clear and looked brand spanking new! I plan to do business with Dan in the future by buying some of his Atkins Super 3MM Apex seals for my TurboII Motor going into my GSL-SE.
This thread only proves to show me why I will keep doing business with Dan Atkins. He was very professional and courteous even after all of this slandering!

Sounds like a communication issue complicated with attitude. When i get angry customers i try to listen "through" the attitude and find the issue. Looks like Dan resolved the issue in the end and deserves credit for the resolution and an apology for the attitude received. Some customers just aren't worth dealing with, it's called logical loss of sales. Dan has always been fair with me and more approachable then most! I recently inquired about having a gilmer drive made for my camden setup. He didn't recommend it for my setup and advised why, here he could have just taken the money and ran! Stand up guy in my books! Glad I could get my opinion in before the thread got locked.
