What regulator and fuel pump to use?

I'm planning on injecting 100% methanol through two additional injectors that will be spliced into my secondary injectors. I plan on using two 1000cc injectors, and I have an extra Aeromotive A1000 fuel pressure regulator that I am thinking about using to fine tune the mixture.

Are the Aeromotive fuel pressure regulators compatible with methanol? It doesnt say on the Aeromotive website... Also, what would be a reliable and cost effective inline fuel pump to use in this type of setup? I plan on displacing 20-30% of my gasoline.

Thanks.

The sure flow pumps that the AI vendors sell are cost effective and reliable and compatible with meth depending on which seals are used, they also put out more pressure than standard pumps usually do.

Several of the vendors advertise compatibility with 100% METH

This is FPR I was looking at because of the HIGH advertised pressure.

Will that pump be able to handle running for extended periods of time at a constant voltage? The methanol system will have a return line... I don't want to make it returnless and have to deal with pump response times and such.

Yes they can, but you should set them up to kick off with a boost switch.

The system I have setup uses a High Speed Valve and an electrical pressure switch, that has a vary short range like 125-130 psi, its deadheads into the valve when not in use and quickly builds up that pressure when in use it very quickly cycles on and off from the switch.

So its returnles, there is always pressure in the lines (like a standard injection system) and it provides a pretty steady pressure.

An EFI style regulator would be better.
