Question Water injection... Does this make since?

So my plan for my build was to have Water/meth injection but from the Research I have been doing on E85, it can cause to much liquid to be pumped into the rotor housing and it can bust a iron..

E85 will already lower my intake tems so

now I know there are people that have done it even still and where just fine, What I want to know is would it be beneficial to put the water injection (only water no meth) Pre turbo to make sure thats cooler so you wont increase your intake temps from the Turbo and the Turbo being hot it would already burn off some of the water?
