Thermok: 4 Channel Thermocouple Display
Friend of mine gave me the link to this little gem today.... also got to see his unit, albeit unconnected. Can be used to watch and log up to 4 EGT probes at a time.

along the same lines, also check out www.redlinegauges.com
pricier, but another option for anyone looking. when I bought mine, they offered a wider price range with non polished bezels, and so it was something to the tune of $200 for my gauge, with warning light, with 4 EGT probes, with bungs. . .the whole shotin match. i can't seem to find that deal on the site presently. maybe if you called and asked. .. dunno.
