Snow Performance and AEM low level sensor.

Hi everyone... I have just bought a Snow Performance Stage 2 kit and trying to see if I can run the AEM conductive low lever sensor instead of the float type sensor that came with the snow performance kit??

Thanks alot

Looking at some reviews it sounds like it’s designed to be used in the AEM tank which may have a bung for it. Since it’s not self-sealing and there is no nut to secure it, it looks like the tank would have to be threaded and maybe some sort of gasket used. Probably not practical on a plastic tank.
Why do you want it over the float switch?

Thanks for the input... I only have the snow performance kit in hand maybe I need to look at the actual switch first.... What I ultimately will be doing is maybe pick up one of those sakebomb tank which replace the stock rear windshield tank... A float switch might not be ideal for the shape of that tank? Hence the question... Or I might just go with the tank that came with the snow kit first... And hide it somewhere...

Understand.

If you discover anything…if it works or you find a way to make it work, be sure to update.

The AEM conductive sensor has a weird thread pattern something like 30x1.5, which their tank is threaded for.

the SakeBomb RX7 AI tank comes configured for the AEM level sensor. The level sensor is an option on the website page for ordering it.
