Picture Request: FD Water Injection Installs

I did a couple searches, but was not able to find a lot of pictures of installed water injection systems. I am looking for installs that have located the water tank and the pump assemblies in the rear of the car. I would like to see detailed pictures of mounting points and possible switched 12V sources and grounding locations that people have used.

Thanks!

Nate

i am almost finished w the install of a Coolingmist setup for a friend...

here are a few pics:

the tank and pump. i used 1 inch X 1/8 aluminum strap which fit the tank recesses well. the tank is positioned so the pickup is in the rear allowing you to get the last remains on acceleration. the tank includes a low level led.

location of the line thru the chassis.
from the other side:

the line location. remove the un-needed charcoal canister line and replace w the AI line. a perfect location. yes, i did clean and paint the dreadful looking fuel lines. as you know there is a plastic cover for the lines. the line emerges w the fuel lines at the correct spot to be plumbed into the elbow.

gauge. lots of elecs and a boost hose.

nozzle & fresh motor... dyno soon:

Howard, thats the HD kit right?
How do you like it compared to the others you've seen? I'm really thinking about getting that kit.

no... this is not an HD kit.

HD systems use fuel injectors//solenoids to meter the injectant. this sytem uses a nozzle and the amount dispensed is controlled by the speed of the pump.

BTW, i will be dynoing a similar system today. it will use 100% methanol and employ two nozzles.

film at eleven.

Not quite what you were asking for, but it was a nice an tidy install. (My old system) The pump was bolted to the under side.

Howard, thanks for posting pics. I have a couple quick questions.

If you were going to run a boost hose to the tank from the front would you be able to keep it near the hose you ran to the front or do you think it'd be best to completely take a different route?

On the coolingmist tank did the fittings they gave you come very close to the bottom of the tank on the inside? On my setup it looks like it has about 3/4" space between the bottom of the tank and the pickup, but it seems to me that could leave quite a bit of water in the tank that wouldn't be able to be pumped. Would it be a good idea to add a small rubber hose around that brass fitting as a sort of extension?

Here are some pics of my pre-turbo water injection kit that uses boost pressure to "pump" the water through the nozzle. It's been changed around a little bit, I'm posting pics of both and one video.

do you have to weld a bung? i mean im very confused with these installs since i don't know crap about that, i can do all the wiring and mounting but when it comes to the screwing/drilling, im the one getting screwed not knowing what to do. i have a tap that im guessing i just screw into the intake piping and that's it and just screw the nozzle? or do i need something else.

I thought i had some pictures, but cant find them.
I am just running 1,3bar boost atm. SO i am running 20% meth.

Here is a video of the car, you will see the placement of tank and pump there.
