what the hell is that bar? and just curious if thats a pettit i/c duct, if so how old is it. mine does seem to show that much in the front end and i figured because of that its not getting enough air

Bar is a pc. of aluminum tube, kinda egg shape, about 3/16" thick. I welded up the ends and added some mounting brackets. It actually just replaces the suction line from the bottom of the washer bottle to the pump. It holds considerably more than the 3/4" plastic airline I was going to use. Got lots of comments on that so far. Basically it allows me to hold more mix.

Intercooler is Pettit Cool Charge II. I dont think they advertise these anymore, but I would be very surprised if they wouldnt make one. I'm sure they have the ducts, and other ducts too I think.

 

When i first saw it i thought it was some sort of sprayer to cool down your radiator, like the put on intercoolers with nitros.
