AI Use During Winter

This is mainly for those using AI for extra protection.
During cold weather, do you still inject as much or run less?

Since it cools so well, what do you when air temps drop to 40-60F?

i would guess you would keep it the same, if your tuned with it. not sure if im right but doesnt the car adjust itself to add more or less fuel depending on the air temps or something like that i not sure if i read this some where or i just think this is what it does

Since the engine is tuned for non-AI and then uses AI for extra cooling and safety in summer; does it benefit to also use when the air temps are already cool?
Might reduce gas evaporation in the cold winter air temps?

Assuming we're still driving in above freezing temps here ( I know you're in Texas Chuck)....when I've had mine out in 40-50 degree temps I kept the settings just the same on my AI.

I have the car tuned without AI and added water on top as a safety.

My thought process for keeping it is that the water still reduces tencency pre-ignition conditions (and technically richens the mixture) so if you were to have a leaner condition based on the temp changes for whatever reason the water would still hopefully serve as a safeguard. I may be crazy on that one, but it has worked well for me so far.

i believe even if its already that cold that it may not drop temps, but if it does it would be minor, and also help reduce knock
