Methyl-hydrate = methanol?

I'm looking into what to use for AI since there are so many options and mixes and I have to take availability into account....

In searching forms of methanol I found that it is actually methyl hydrate (gasline anti-freeze?) at least, according to this cehmical company....

http://www.recochem.com/english/prod...qs.html#group2

Is that true? If so, great I can buy this **** by the gallon and have it delivered to the door!! And I would *like* to run meth since it seems to have to most benefits over water/ water mixes and dentatured alky.

Am I right/wrong?
