Home-Made Water Injection

Okay Okay...a boost sensor switch+ an espresso Machine pump that puts out like over 150 psi, well enough to atomize water/mech mix into the air, and a high pressure nozzle!. doesnt even have to be an injector..the pump holds the pressure until the valve is opened then it all just comes out of the nozzle...the valve is controlled to controll water flow instead of injector duty cycle.. whole setup = less than 80 bucks!

You need to look up the difference between "pressure" and "volume" as it relates to WI pumps...

well i know that any given pressure will amount to a certain amount of volume being dispensed of water depending on the size of the nozzle..that would have to be figured out...but pressure does matter when it comes to how fine of a mist it will make when coming out of the nozzle...thats why diesel fuel pressure has to be so damn high...

Not worth the risk IMO.

Every espresso machine I've had (four now) has been less reliable than my RX-7s, haha.
