does anyone know what would need to be done to an rx7 to run it on this my friend has his 200sx on it and he got a gain of 28bhp just by the change over the ron of the fuel is 105 i have been told it attacks nutural rubbers so i just want to make sure its safe for me to change over if anyone can help i would be most appecitive

ethanol is just alcohol. most of alcohol's general properties therefore apply to ethanol.

alcohol has approx 60% of the energy per volume than gasoline/petrol. in order to make similar HP you will need to adjust your base fuel significantly higher.

alcohol is higher octane than most petrol. so you will need to run more timing advance.

alcohol has an 858 degree autoignition point versus petrol at 660 so alcohol is much better at protecting against knock.

etc etc.

from the above it is obvious that an entire re-tune is necessary to properly run alcohol. all the info is available to those who search.
