Aquamist new hi-flow system for 2007

HFS-5: System over view:

- Constant pressure system - very low pressure ripple (factory set to 125psi)
- High speed PWM valve ensure accurate flow control against fuel duty cycle.
- Fast dymanic response time to load and RPM change
- Consistant droplet size due to high system pressure under all conditions.
- Powerful 150 Watt Shurflo pump motor capable of maintaining flow beyond 2 litre/minute
- DDS3 (bundled) ensures flow is monitored constantly for clogged jet or cut hose.
- 2x failsafe channels to perform advanced failsafe tasks such as boost cut, map switch, etc.
- Water and methanol compatible (0-100%)
- Available by the end of January

will the kit actually sum the primary and secondary injectors so it will be able to derive an overall FD injector duty cycle?

for meth only what lines and fittings will be used?

do you have nozzles that can deliver 20 gph?

thanks,

howard

The UK price is 500 pounds, we have to ship those 3.65KG pumps from sunny California.

- No, it will be a separate addn on, possibly less than 20 dollars. Work is still carrying on with Scott. His laptop had a hard disk failure, so it weill take longer.

- We recommend teflon hose (not standard issue) - quickfit type fittings. I am sure we can supply compression type fittings if asked.

- We don't have 20gph nozzles, need to use multiple nozzles. I believe the 1mm mozzle is closed to a M8.

twin M8s would work well w out motors on 100% meth. my question was poorly worded... i meant dual nozzles, not one nozzle, capable of 20 gph. i think 16 would be close enough especially given the much greater accuracy of your system as to delivery.

could you post a picture of the hose/fittings you recommend using w 100% alcohol?

thanks,

howard

Will the pump assembly be available to retrofit to other systems? IE i use a 2s system, with a dd2s system as well. I dont want to change any thing other than the pump.

Yes, you can use the shurflo pump for the 2s, but you may need to change the water pressure manifold cluster if you are using 100% mathanol. The original 2s failsafe will no longer work but since you have the DDS2, you have adequate failsafe from there.

It should be an easy change over. You have got the top system, fully mappable. Putting the Shurflo pump will allow you to go further with your power output.

Scott has just sent me the results, so far so good, until I learn to use the logger software, I cannot post the results yet.

I do have an image of the log from Scott. I will post it as soon as I have converted it to web friendly format.

congratulations to you both. that may be the first time the duty cyle was summed. of course it had great implications for AI as we may now be able to have a system that absolutely parallels the base fuel map.

Got to hand it to Richard. The device worked 1st time out of the box.
The results are very very good. We have a few more experiments left to do but this stage of the development is very nearly completed.

that looks the Bomb Scott!

Richard as I have the DDS3 system coupled with a Shurflow 150psi pump and Coolingmist Relays,Jets etc

What would I need to buy Extra to make it into a HFS-5 system?

I have two question:

1) Does the Shurflo pump have an internal by-pass valve?
2) Is the DDS3 version8 ?
3) What size O/D hose does the coolingmist jet use?

Other things you need:

- Highspeed valve
- FIA2 amplifier kit
- more parts may be be needed after the above two questions are answered.

Can I give you a call to discuss this?

Scott has given me your pump's model number but I can not find the sepecification. A phone conversation will clarify this.

Three days on, only 15 systems left. Offer of this kind to this system will NEVER be repeated.
