Pete,

Do you have a wiring diagram for the stock omp?
I want to have a look at it.

I had the wiring diagram somewhere around here, don't know where it went but I will go give it a try at finding it. I had recieved a setup sheet from Haltech awhile back when I was doing a K install on a 91. The principle would be the same for any 7 with the electronic OMP.

I found the info online, its in.pdf format so let me know if you want it. Save it, print it so you have it as reference, do as you wish with it. You don't need a serial number or need to join a forum for this info, its there for everyone to share.

Hit 'Alt-print screen' (top right of the keyboard) to print a window or just 'print screen' to print the entire screen. Then go to ms paint, or another imagine editing program, create a new file and 'paste.'

Ok this info is via a friend in Aus that is big on Haltech and rotarys...

The E11 control the stepper motor for the oil injection in 2 ways. It has a map that controls a percentage output pump vs TPS. Usually this will be linear from about 20% 0 throttle to about 80% at 100% throttle. Then there is an input from the pump which tells the ECU where the stepper is. You need to configure this so its max and min points are known and then the ECU controls aperture position from all of that via a pwm output.

This should help us get closer...

Also I have the screenshot of the aem but I can't resize it without it getting too blury to read so I cant post it... Any help?

I can't believe that no one has put out a standalone stepper motor controller yet. I guess the market is pretty small, but it'd be like < $15 in parts, without the need to use up your ECU's idle stepper motor control.

i know a guy who has developed and built an aftermarket stepper motor controler. there are currently 2 units in use here in NY hopefully he will figure a way to make fairly large ammounts of these and distribute them in a cost effictive manner.
