I would like to know what is the stock boost of a cosmo with a 13B-RE engine. Mine is only boosting 6psi.

I personally can't answer that question, but if you search/post in the "other rotary" forum you might have some more luck.

Or you could try www.ausrotary.com I'm sure some fellas on there have 13B cosmos and will be able to help you out.

 

The 13B-REW powered Cosmo is good for 0.7-bar on a cool day. Things like sports exhausts & intercoolers change that. Beware as boost cust is at 0.9-bar.

If yours is boosting to only 0.4-bar then issues such as a clogged CAT or rear mufflers could be an answer. A vacum leak preventing the 2nd-turbo actuator opening could also be a possability.

RE-Amemiya do a "chipped" ECU that will eliminate the boost cut aswell as the speed cut..
