I would, and do premix running e85. Make sure if you do premix, you find a compatable oil, because most are not.

+1 on the Klotz Benol, I deleted my OMP and just premix in the tank 1oz to 1 gallon of E85. Car has been a beast with no issues pushing 810RWHP @ 26 psi on a full bridge (2 rotor). Plus it doesn't separate, at least I have not had any separation issues.

Borg Warner S475 with a T4 housing. Based on our numbers from the Motec it looks like we will max the turbo out right at 900ish RWHP on just E85 with a 85% duty cycle right around 30 pounds of boost.

What injector sizing are you using. I have the same turbo sitting in front of me. Any major issues you run into?

I'm running 2- ID2000's for primaries and a total of 4- Bosch 1680's (2- 1680's on the secondary rail, and 2- 1680's on the third rail). Running 3 in tank Bosch 044 pumps, each one supplies it's own rail with 2 injectors.

No issues at all, idles perfect at 1600 rpm (full bridge)

It's a street car, for now.

We tuned using lambda (since we are using E85) but AFR wise it comes out to about 11:1, it is extremely safe, running 11.5 plugs all around.

As far as premix we are using the Klotz Benol, really likes it and have had great results in previous engines using E85.

I use the same thing except I mix it a little heavier than that. Around 1.5 OZ to a gallon

Gone as high as 12/14 oz per 5 gallons. No smoking, did not foul the plugs.
