Dyno'd 522rwhp onE85 with blow-through Holley(vid inside)

Went to the dyno. 522rwhp on E85 on sS4 rotors, 67mm turbo and 950 Holley. This was 25psi, which I know is high.....but this is a low comp motor with a small street port and small RB 4bbl intake. I'm thinking about switching to 9.4 N/A rotors, half bridge and ported intake. What kind of gains could I expect. I would really like to make 600rwhp.

Too much timing and and using S4 plates. I'm using s5 plates now. Is there anything else that causes them to break.

Where were they breaking? I know there is a couple reasons, detonation from either too much timing or to little fuel, and ignition crossfire (leading plugs firing at the wrong time).

They always broke around the top dowells. I've never seen one break anywhere else.
