Another cornfed FD...
I've had my FD running on E-85 now for the last couple weeks but I have been unable to get it to idle properly. Hopefully someone on here can give me a hand with some tips to optimize my setup.
I'm running lucas/RC 120lb primaries and bosch 160lbs secondaries with an FJO injector driver on a 1/2 bridge motor. ECU is PFC
In can actually get the car started and it will idle anywhere above 1100 RPM but it is not the healthy brap brap brap that a 1/2 bridged rotary should make, it's more of a flat sounding "smooth" idle . Almost like i'm cruising at 1500 RPM
I've been trying diferent lag values but Ihaven't been able toget it right.
Any ideas?

I think i was running around 12-13 at idle, now mind i had a full bridge and idle at 1600-1700rpm

I have my idle set at 1500rpm. And as for my AFRs I can set them from as rich as mid 12s or as lean as 17s but the idle stays constant rather than the normal bridged "BRAP"
Currently my injector setting are:
Fp- 50 .40
.40
Rp- 50 .40
.40
With these settings I pulling about 10 inHg at 14-15 RPM
When I lower my lag values the motor will pull more vacume. Negative lag increases vacume even more. with values in the teens It pulls about 12-13 inHg.
However the idle STILL remains constant like i'm cruising with no sings of the eyebrow's Brap we all love to here.
