Tuning issues

My tuner can't get any driveability with my setup. The vac. part of the map seems to keep needing constant retuning. As you drive around and tune afr it is a never ending game of chasing your tail. He can get the afr good, then as you drive and come back to the same cells of the map the afr is drastically different, numbers are the same but no longer work. Seems to switch to either 16+afr or in the 9s, he thinks it has to do with injector staging. I would appreciate any feedback on the cal file. Boost afr stays the same, he made multiple pulls on the dyno and the boost afr were always the same.

The file that was posted has to be wrong. It didn't have the right file extension. Some of the values in the map would make the car impossible to start. The fuel map does have manifold pressure breakpoints above atmosphere. No part of the staged injection is turned on. The tooth control table is not correct for FD/FC. See if you can get another copy of the map from your tuner.
