AEM Ignition Timing calibration?

Ignition Timing calibration?
How do we calibrate the ignition timing with the AEM EMS? I'm not sure how to interpret the ignition indicator with the timing gun on the crank angle sensor plate and how it comes out to numbers. Someone help please.
