I would change those injectors to a new 2000cc like the IDs. It will make your life a lot easier. You should email tech for a base map.

Hi Zero Yon,

I'll try to find what the trigger angle are and make you a basemap. Is this the exact setup you're using - http://fullfunctioneng.com/wp-conten...07/fchall2.jpg - but with the mag sensor?

Thanks.
Mark

Hi Zero Yon,

Could you please email me at tech@adaptronic.com.au (attn: Mark)? I will need you to confirm if you have the same trigger setup as the one I linked above.

Thank you.

I got it running good enough to pass as a running car when my landlord came to inspect our house we just moved into. I just finished up a cross country move and am waiting for my Internet provider to setup my in home service. As soon as that's setup I can send you that file.

You can contact a member on here named "Socks". He recently moved to a semi-p port and home tuned it on a PnP model.

Nice guy, may have some insight as to how the base-map needs to be laid out for such a motor.

If the car leans out too much as it warms up. You just need to increase the main fuel tables VE numbers. Chances are you might have to reduce the trim % in the warm up enrichment after increasing the main table however.

Have you considering taking it to a professional tuner?

Do you have a log of this happening? I agree with Shawn. It is probably the main fuel table VE numbers being too low and as the additional startup trim is being reduced the car is transitioning to idleing on the values in the main table, which are apparently too low. I'm not by any means a professional tuner, but I can certainly take a look at the tune file and logs and help you get it idling correctly across the warmup range if you still need the help.

I agree with Shawn and Skeese on this one. Get it to warm up, get the base map values around idle to give you a good steady AFR, then use the Corrections tab /Coolant enrichment table to make your warmup adjustments to maintain the desired AFR. Just make sure you wait the amount of time in the Corrections Tab/ Enrichments section otherwise it will skew your numbers.

I ended having a crank in my lower intake manifold so I swapped it out. Now the car starts great when it's cold, don't have to press the accelerator at all. Once I shut it off and go to restart it when it's hot, it acts like it's not getting any fuel at all. I'm not a very competent tuner so I have no idea where to start
