Adaptronic Reputable Adaptronic PnP tuner (single turbo, flex fuel) in AZ/CA/NV/UT/TX?

Reputable Adaptronic PnP tuner (single turbo, flex fuel) in AZ/CA/NV/UT/TX?
As I put my project together, I figured I'd get on the hunt for reputable tuners.
Need to tune it on flex fuel, which is e54 in Arizona, as well as 91. Low boost 91 tune, most of the driving will be on e54 and occasionally e85, though if the 91->e85 blending is done well enough, then I suppose that'll work, too.
I will travel to the tuner or I can cover expenses for them to travel to me, when the time comes. Right now it's looking like October.
I prefer someone that knows the Adaptronic ECU & RX-7's intimately. I am not looking for some self-proclaimed tuner, I am looking for someone with lots of relevant experience. The car will need to be tuned on the dyno and then part-throttle tuned on the street.
I prefer it to be done at my location due to the weather (It's hot as hell and that's where the car will be driven, primarily) - but I am open to options.
