Does anyone from Adaptronic monitor this forum?
If they're not going to have their own forum, you would think they'd have someone checking the 6-8 places where owners of their PNP systems congregate
Their support has fallen off a cliff since they got bought-up by Haltech
I wrote them on October 5th for support (via their website), I got the confirmation email, and still no response almost a month later.
My speed readings are crazy between 0-4 kph (instead of going 0,1,2,3,4, they'll go 0,-623,1813,252,4,5,6) and flat shift causes misfires at WOT. Not sure about the latter, but the former should be a joke to fix from a software standpoint (filter the output so that the speed can't change by more than 5 kph per reading, or filter out values below zero/greater than 200, or any other reasonable way)
****
What happened to all the resources that were supposed to be allocated to Adaptronic? Did Andy get paid enough that he's ok with his company getting killed off after he's spent so many years with it?

I'm going to go with a strong No to your initial question. We've been discussing the buy-out for months here and there have been a few other active threads and no one official has chimed in to provide help. As for getting support, I don't have any recent experience but the last time I needed help I was able to get ahold of them through Facebook. That was months before the buy-out though.
