Hello,
I'm driving a adaptronic select plugin ecu for series 8 in my car.
Newest firmware on ecu. AUX Outputs are as configured as in the base map.
AUX 1 - inverted Twin turbo precontrol - NO PWM
AUX 3 - Wastegate PWM @ 25 Hz
AUX 4 - Twinturbo Control , RPM 440, PreControl 350
Wastegate controlled by Mac valve.
Wastegate for whole map @ 20% DC. (making a fuelmap at the moment)
First Turbo makes good boost, about 155 kPA @ 20% DC and about 170 with 30% DC
After transition pressure drops to 145 kPa. Also with high Wastegate DCs.
Hardware Checks I've done(With both, Vacuum in tank and Pressure in tank)
All tests done with cold and hot car. Manual test works in both conditions.
Car has restrictor pills integrated to nipples on turbo. So they are also not missing for precontrol.
Also checked turbos for play and wear. but they are in a very good condition.
I would really appreciate it if you had some more ideas how I could solve my problem.
One more thing:
It's a funny thing I noticed in WARI.
AUX 1 is not set as PWM. If you set it, the check mark goes out automatically and it is not saved. Is that by design? Even if you check this box, the text changes from AUX 1 from "Inverted twin turbo control" to "Inverted twin turbo precontrol".

- Inverted AUX 4. Turbocontrol actuator moves and opens Flap in manifold.
- Same test with Charge Control actuator, moves when AUX 4 inverted
- Checked both Bovs
- Checked precontrol solenoid, also checked actual pressure in line with T and Boostgauge.
- Checked both tanks, holding vacuum and pressure over an hour
All tests done with cold and hot car. Manual test works in both conditions.
