Adaptronic 93 FD Single Turbo using 440 Questions
Hello,
I am starting to wire up my 440 and I came across a few potential problems I would like some guidance on.
1) Can someone help me figure out how to wire up the trans speedo and trans backup connectors into the ECU?
2) I currently have the following sensors, will they be adequate:
----TPS
----Trans Speedo
----Trans backup
----CAS Connectors
----GM IAT
----Defi Coolant temp
----Defi Oil pressure
----LC-2 wide band (still need 3812 connector)
----AEM smart coil clips
----ID 2000cc injector clips
----ID 1000cc injector clips
I think that may be the lot.
Thanks in advance.
Nick

I wired up my own 440D as well.
This will help
Adaptronic 440 Select ECU Series 4/5 Rx7 w/ Direct Fire IGN-1A Coil, no a/c & PS
For sensors the only thing you might be missing is the Idle Air Control.
Only other optionals, would be solenoid for boost control, and flex fuel sensor.
Just be prepared for the digital inputs as well. I had to wire the digital inputs for my headlights and fans as an afterthought.
And I have 2 aux outs for the different fan speeds (one aux for low trigger, one aux for medium trigger) then AC button for high.
The trans speedo and trans backup does not need to be wired into the ECU to run/drive. You will need an aux out and resistor to tap into the stock harness for our tach.
If you want to use some of the Traction control or 2 step then it will need speed input.
