Trying to fire my new combo up but no luck. I was looking around and see were it shows warnings..... No connection trigger 1,2 and 3! Key on or off. Cas is set to 1 and 12 tooth and plugged in. Is this s wiring issue on the harness?

But to answer the question, the ECU warning for CAS could tell you they're not connected when the engine is not turning. The best way to tell if they're working properly is if it reads a proper RPM signal e.g. during cranking, and if you have a stable ignition timing.
