wheel spacers (FD)

I was wondering if anyone here used wheels spacers with stock rims.
I searched and read a couple of threads but they have not pictures. I am probably one of the rare guys who like the looks of the FD with the stock rims. To me personally there is only a few rims that look good on FD like CCW`s, FIKSE ect and they cost $$$$$$$ and i much rather spend $3000 on the engine than on rims right now.

I was wondering if anyone has any information on spacing out the rear wheels to match the fender? or is it just a total waste of time and money?

pretty simple topic. Just measure how many MM you want to push the rear out and then get a spacer of the appropriate size.

If your not going to use extended lug studs i'd not recommend using more than a 5mm spacer

I don't think the slip-on spacer thing is what he's looking for.

Bolt-on spacer action time...

20mm front... more will require a roll if you're running 225 tires... unless you're on stock suspension 4x4 style

30mm rear.

i have 225 x 4. I just want to push the rear wheels out a bit. I don't know if 10mm or 20mm. I don't want the wheels coming off when i am driving so i want to make sure this is a good idea.

With good quality bolt-on spacers you will be more than safe. All of the fearsay you hear about spacers comes from people running slip-ons before the bolt-ons were created. 10mm would leave you unsatisfied... that's like 0.4" Definitely go with at least 20mm.

So you're definitely gonna want to get the "STUDDED SPACER" for PnP purposes.

The FD wheel at minimum can only tolerate a 20mm studded spacer due to the shallow cavity for the OEM stud. VERY IMPORTANT.

You can get 10 or 15mm but you'll have to press in new longer studs.

Ideal fitment would be a 8" +32 front and +20 rear based on other front spacing measurements and fitments i've done.

Since you want to stick with stock tire size the 20 and 25mm will be perfect for you. The 30mm KICS spacers are just too darn expensive.

You'll still be able to rotate as well, just don't rotate the spacers. lol.

These are hubcentric so NO VIBRATIONS..... Never had a problem or complaint.

Sadly they show the 20mm to be out of stock, 25mm is in stock. I can research options but at least you know what's up.

Looks like Rishie just echoed my first post fitment suggestions... so there you go.

The Ichiba that Rishie shows/sells are just great... KICS is a great brand but the most expensive usually... KSP/Attain is what I have, but I don't think they have US distribution. Just don't go with the eBay no-name stuff... I wouldn't take a chance on those studs.
