I dont think they are rare by any means. 88' vert wheels, also have a 4 bolt spare tire that doesnt seem to have been used. Maybe once or twice. I am the 3rd owner of my car, the previous owner bought the car in 1991, the car didnt have a spare so the dealership tried to sneak in a 4 bolt spare, the owner made them aware it needed the 5 bolt pattern. they found him a 5 bolt spare and told him he could keep the 4. i also have the center cap wrench.

I'm going to track down the wiring diagram and see how much of it can be spliced in.
Luckily, my unit came with cut plugs, so I know the wire colors.
Some of the wire colors are identical, but I cannot confirm I can just splice them in.
I would imagine there's a different sub-harness, as I wouldn't think Mazda would design a totally new dash harness just to use this thing.

There's a nice write-up somewhere in here that goes into a little detail about how it all works.
There's a temp sensor that unique to this system.

This is not a priority to figure out anytime soon, but I'll work on it eventually.

i know its not plug and play or i would have bought that a year before you i have a pretty good eplanation of the whole system and what is needed to make it work if you want it...i dont have a/c in my fc's

I would actually go from a 5 lug to 4 lug, just because the wheels are cheaper. That is pretty unique there Aaron Cake.

Lately it seems that it's much easier finding really nice 4 lugs, than it is finding a decent set of 5 lugs. I've got to see what kind of wheels you've got!

Brand New Switches are pretty rare

RE Amemiya Strut Tower Bar

FEED Strut Tower Bar

RE Amemiya Spark plug wires. (they used to be hard to get until they popped up on ebay and corksport)

JDM FTPs. (It's really the only picture I have of them)

JDM Bubble lenses (not rare, but hard to get)

RE oil cap

Safety 21 roll bar. (not really rare, but not a whole lot of people have it.)

I've also got an old school RE Amemiya boost/vac gauge and RE Amemiya Power Aero mirrors not pictured.

CWestFD3S and I are JDM Parts ******!

I have the same wheel, just in a different color. Didn't think it was really rare.

I know the 4th gen honda preludes had the same thing. I bought a jdm digital unit and all the sensors you need for it to work and it was still a PITA. I never did get it to work like it was supposed too, but did get it to work enough to use. Not sure if the jdm FC logicon unit is the same but you need outside air temp, inside air temp, and sunlight sensors. I'll try and find the write up for my old prelude if you think it would help as far as theory.
edit: here.. http://www.jrcormier.com/prelude/jdmclimatecontrol

^ sorry thats off topic but I don't have anything "rare" except a working sunroof. lol
